CarRentalPartner is a business-development service. Our forms collect only what we need to understand a commercial request and reply to it. We don’t take bookings or payments on this site.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we store what you entered. Depending on the form, that is:
- your organization, name, work email and phone number, and optionally your website;
- the requirement you describe: markets, vehicle quantity and types, dates, duration and requirement type;
- for rental companies and distribution partners, your operator or partner type, markets, approximate fleet size and areas of interest;
- any message or details you choose to write;
- which of our pages led you to the form.
We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send us, driver’s license numbers, payment card details, dates of birth, insurance documents or passport information.
Security checks and abuse prevention
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. The check runs through Cloudflare and we don’t keep its result. To limit abuse, we count submissions per network using a one-way, salted hash of the connecting IP address. We don’t store IP addresses themselves, and the counts expire within a day.
How we use it
- To review your request, application or inquiry and reply to you.
- To keep an internal record of the conversation, including notes our team adds.
When we share it
When you submit a vehicle request, CarRentalPartner may use the information you provide to evaluate your requirement. Where appropriate, it may share relevant request and contact information with rental providers or partners that may be able to serve it.
We share only what is reasonably needed to explore options for your request. Providers and partners decide for themselves whether to respond, and on what rates and terms. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
We also use service providers to run this site, as described below, and may disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
This site and its database run on Cloudflare. When a form is submitted, our team gets an internal notification through Cloudflare Email Routing. Only authorized staff can open the internal records, and they sign in through Cloudflare Access.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The security check may use what it needs to work.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as they’re useful for the business relationship they relate to, or for as long as we need them for legitimate record-keeping.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use our contact form and choose “Something else”. We’ll confirm the request came from you before acting on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
