What this site is
CarRentalPartner is a business-development service connecting rental demand with rental providers and distribution partners. This website describes that service and lets you send us a requirement, an application or an inquiry.
Submissions are not bookings
- Sending a vehicle request doesn’t reserve, quote or guarantee any vehicle, rate or availability.
- Sending a partner application or connectivity inquiry doesn’t create a partnership or any obligation on either side.
- Any rental is between you and the provider you choose, on that provider’s own rates, policies and rental terms, including its driver requirements.
- Any partnership is subject to separate written terms agreed by both sides.
Illustrative content
Examples on this site, such as vehicle counts, markets and durations, are illustrative design concepts. They are not customer engagements, and they don’t describe current programs, providers or results. We don’t promise revenue, utilization, booking volumes, savings or particular rates.
Your information
Please send only accurate business information that you’re entitled to share. How we handle it is described in our Privacy page.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the forms to send spam, automated submissions, malicious content, or anyone else’s personal information without their permission. Don’t try to get around the site’s security checks or rate limits.
Intellectual property
The site’s content and design belong to CarRentalPartner. Other companies’ names, where they appear, belong to their owners. Their mention doesn’t imply any relationship with them or endorsement by them.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee that it’s error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change this page and its date.
